Process
After your payment is authorized and verified, order processing takes approximately two (2) business days, depending on product availability.
Once shipped, delivery may take between 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping times are estimates and do not include weekends or holidays.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and details based on the shipping option selected at checkout.
All orders are shipped from Brazil.
Edit Address After Purchase
Address changes may be possible only if the order is still unfulfilled and must be requested via email at ola@liveactivewear.com
For orders that have already been fulfilled, address changes are not available, in this cases the customer must contact FedEx directly at phone number 1-800-463-3339 for more information.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries.
International delivery typically takes 7–10 business days from the shipping date.
