Return Policy – Valentine’s Gift with Purchase
This Valentine’s “Gift with Purchase” promotion is valid from January 22, 2026 through February 15, 2026.
Customers who place qualifying orders totaling USD $250 or more (after discounts and before taxes and shipping) during the promotion period will receive a complimentary Valentine’s Underwear Kit (2 items) (P1196.00PT01 and P1194.00PT01) (“Gift”), while supplies last.
The Valentine’s promotional Gift is tied to the original purchase that met the required spending threshold to receive it.
If the items that qualified for the Gift are returned, the promotion will no longer apply. In this case, the Valentine’s Gift must also be returned along with the products.
If the Valentine’s Gift is not returned, a USD $40 deduction corresponding to its value will be applied and deducted from the refund.
